An Introduction to Testosterone Cypionate

Testosterone Cypionate is one of the many synthetic versions of testosterone. It is the second most common testosterone variant after another synthetic version, testosterone enanthate. It is usually given into the body in the form of an oil-soluble intramuscular injection. In this form it is called DEPO testosterone.

In powder form, Cypoprime Eminence Labs is creamy white with almost no odor. It is stable in air and dissolves in alcohol, vegetable oil, ether, and chloroform, but does not dissolve in water.

Testosterone Cypionate is basically Cypoprime Eminence Labs esterified so it has increased lipid solubility. Almost 90% of an injection is excreted in the urine as sulfuric acid and glucuronic acid conjugates of testosterone and its associated metabolites. It is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18. Nor should it be used by women, especially those who are pregnant, as it can cause harm to the fetus.

Testosterone cypionate is used as a substitute for natural testosterone in men who suffer from low testosterone levels. It is a prescription drug and, legally speaking, it can only be given if testosterone deficiency has been confirmed by symptoms or blood tests. The body cannot store testosterone, which means that if you are deficient you must continue these injections at regular intervals and in proper doses. Apart from those suffering from low testosterone levels, it is also used by many athletes and bodybuilders for its anabolic properties.

Testosterone Cypionate can help promote fat loss, increase sex drive, aid in gaining muscle mass, and increase bone density. Like testosterone, testosterone cypionate also has an anabolic and androgenic rating of 100. It has a long half-life and a slow release rate of around 8-10 days. It is similar to Testosterone Enanthate in its effects and you can even switch between them.

History of the Cypoprime Eminence Labs

Cypoprime Eminence Labs was introduced as a prescription drug in the US market in the 1950s by a company called Upjohn. It was initially marketed under the name Depo-Testosterone and is still known by that name. In the US it is preferred over Testosterone Enanthate which is more of an international product.

Upjohn has been producing depo-testosterone for more than 50 years since the drug was first launched. Many American athletes and bodybuilders from the 1960s, 70s and 80s preferred to use testosterone cypionate over testosterone enanthate for no other reason than endorsing an American product. There is also a slight difference in the half-life of the two types of testosterone. Testosterone Cypionate has a longer half-life compared to Testosterone Enanthate. Other than that, there is no difference between the two.

The approved medical use of testosterone cypionate was narrowed in the 1970s, along with many other anabolic steroids. The FDA has shown Depo-Testosterone for use in testosterone replacement therapy only. Its use has been narrowed down even more considering that it is not suitable for women and children and there are better steroids like Primobolan and Anavar for them. It has also been tested as a birth control drug for men, at a weekly dose of 200 mg.
